We have become quite accustomed to talking with you each week and look forward to sharing our thoughts with you.
Take a moment to think about a spiral seashell. If you were to open the seashell, you will find a perfectly mastered structure created within the shell. Each groove, ratio and cavity carefully created to withstand pressure and stress to protect the creature inside from its harsh environment. When you look at the shell, you can see the beauty and perfection of its spiral. In fact many of you look at it in awe.
This magnificence is also found in your body. Your body has been created in perfect ratio as well. Each element of your body has been created in such a way, that it protects you and allows you to move through your harsh environment, the same way a shell protects the creature inside. Your body is your living armor.
You, the spirit inside the body, has also been carefully created by the Divine. A soul that is perfectly suited for the body it inhabits, to learn and growth on the earth plane. You, would not be able to learn or experience life without this body, just as the creature would not be able to experience the ocean without its shell.
Every aspect of who you are and every part of your body, is a perfect masterpiece. In harmony for what you want to achieve in your life. You chose your body before you were born. You knew that this body would house you, and help you live the life you wanted to live. You chose the type of body, what the body would need to do and how it would need to perform. You lovingly engaged the body while it was being created and you chose to embrace every aspect of it until it was time for you to enter and merge as one. The body agreed to take care of you, the best way it could and you agreed to take care of the body in return. Remember this agreement.
Instead of putting your body down, take a moment to thank it for the journey it has been on with you. For renewing and replenishing itself so that it can be strong and supportive for you. For protecting you as soul and for enduring the harsh environment it has had to live in. Say thank you for putting up with the abuse that you have thrown at it over the years by saying it is not good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, fast enough or clever enough. For not providing it with the nourishment it needs. Despite the harsh words, criticism and toxins, it remains with you fighting as best as it can to carry you another day.
See your body in all its magnificence. Treat it like your best friend. You cannot live a life without your body and your body cannot exist without you. Each, dependent on each other. When you begin to appreciate every aspect, scar, trauma and recovery it has ever had to endure and sacrifice, just to keep you alive, you will begin to realize that the biggest superhero in your life, is in fact very thing you live in.
Ask your body what it needs from you, to be the best it can be for you. Treat it with kindness and love and show respect and appreciation for everything it has ever had to withstand for you. Your body loves you unconditionally and today we would like to suggest that you begin to return the unconditional love and commitment it has shown you. You are bound together for a very short time. Spend it in love.
