Welcome!. My name is Sarah Brink and I am a down to earth mother, wife and business owner with a funny accent who loves to get lost in the world of healing, teaching, coaching and writing all things metaphysical.
I decided to do this work, 20 years ago, because I knew what it is like to have a passion for learning a subject that is mystical and intriguing but not quite sure where to find the right information. I have been studying this subject for over 30 years and I am not sure I am ever going to stop. When I engulf myself into this world, I feel alive at peace and free.
Some fear this subject for various reasons and others simply refer to it as nonsense or wrong. Each on their own personal journey. Perhaps you have been told the same. Perhaps you are curious about psychics, mediums and healers and want to learn more. Maybe you just want to get to know like-minded people who share similar thoughts and beliefs you do. Or you are simply wanting to expand your gifts and are not sure where to start. Whatever your reason, I am glad you are taking the time to listen to your souls calling. You are on my site for a reason and I know that reason is not to buy a loaf of bread.
I love helping people like you, gain access to their intuitive self. I do this in various ways. I provide coaching to those who prefer to work one on one; I do workshops for groups of people who are on different levels in their personal spiritual journey, who want to connect to other spiritual people; . I do healing work and soul readings to release what holds you back from being the you, you were born to be. You know the you, before the world grabbed you and placed their fear into you. Some of this work is face to face via zoom and others are self-paced online content.
My workshops, teachings and coaching are action orientated. They give you something tangible to work with to improve your skill. I tailor my programs to those who are starting out, the intermediates and the advanced student.
I also love to do meditations and so you will find a host of these on my site. Each meditation is catered for different aspects of living. Some are to help you feel less stressed while others are to connect you to your guides or loved ones in spirit. I invite you to play with these.
I channel weekly spirit messages that are always filled with deep thought, love and I healing. You will find these along with articles under the Blog Tab.
I also open up my calendar from time to time for readings and for those who need a healing session. Healing work is soul work. It helps release you from everything that seems to hold you back.
