Greetings,

Have you noticed how the troubles of the world seem to disappear when you do the things you love? Love is what drives your soul into a place of peace and tranquility.  It is in these moments of mindlessness that you find that everything stands still and nothing seems to matter.

Watching the gentleness of the ocean sway back and forth, holding a baby while it sleeps or painting something for the first time all have their own piece of joy. Finding comfort in the small things that is often taken for granted is frequently what makes a wonderful day.

When you are in your mind, your focus is one of stress, action, or bustle trying to get the day done.  This often leads to you being tired or frustrated.

We notice how busy everyone is, rushing around in their world trying to achieve what they set out for the day.  Yet the art of being human is not in the aspect of hurry but more in the aspect of dawdle.

Your soul knows that in order for it to experience the true art of living, it needs to take time to stand still and watch the world go by as if nothing really matters. In all honesty, most actually doesn’t. When you look back on your life, you will find that a lot of what you focused your attention on, most of which caused some form of tension or exhaustion was really unnecessary.

You will notice just how much time you spent on the things you had no control over, or the things that you perceived important but actually weren’t. You somehow, have forgotten what the true meaning of being human is all about. In your quest to conquer your world, you have lost sight of who you are and what you have really come to do on this planet.

We look at you like ants scurrying to bring back ‘food’ to the nest. Yet the real food is what feeds the soul. The people who have experienced what it is like to find joy in every day, are healthy, calm and vibrate love. Those people can go about their day without stressed attached, achieve what they need to but in a more peaceful way. They have chosen to be free and embrace being instead of doing.

Your world has so much to offer to bring you back to the state of equilibrium.  Very few of you seem to spend little time enjoying the small things in life. We often hear the words, – “I don’t have time”. We say in response to this that you have an abundance of time, you lack priority. The small things in life are actually your big things.

We ask that you find more of the joyful moments in a day.  Find a distraction that will take you away from your mind, from the busyness of being human. Put your electronic devices that seem to be attached to you like a limb, down and do something that feeds your soul. It doesn’t have to be for long, but it is encouraged that you spend time.

You will notice when you offer this gift to yourself, that life somehow becomes easier and that things begin to flow. You will feel healthier more joyful and connected.

There is always something to find joy in. The world is full of tiny droplets of God waiting to be found.  In the smallest of birds, to the smile on someone’s face or the moment of silence to just breathe. These peaceful essences bringing you back to love.

And Love is all you are.
