If you’re like most people, you are not really sure what the difference is between the two fields of study. You are curious how mediums receive their information and where this phenomena really started. Perhaps you are a combination of both psychic and medium. Sarah will teach you how to identify the differences and how you receive information in a psychic or mediumship way.
#2: How to fuel your Spirit Tank
There are certain techniques that help you connect to the spirit world. One of them is raising your vibration. Here you will learn how to sit in the power to build your spirit battery to enhance your connection.
#3: How to connect to Loved Ones in spirit
You may be tempted to think, “I will not be able to connect to my loved ones until I have spent years practicing.” This is simply not true. Sarah will take you on a journey to help you connect to your loved one in spirit while you are in this workshop.
#4: Understand and Work with your senses
We all receive information differently. Some of us see things, others feel or know. Here you will discover your strongest sense and learn how to work with all of your senses to deepen the information you receive from spirit.
#5: Letting Go of Holding On
When we work with the spirit world, certain things will hold us back. Perhaps its a limiting belief such as fear. It may be that you do not feel safe enough to surrender and receive. We will look at what gets in the way of you completely surrendering to your gift and learn techniques to prevent this from happening.
#6: How to create structure for gathering information
Working with spirit can be all over the place without some form of structure. Perhaps you have spirit knocking on your door all hours of the day or night. Sarah will teach you the principles of spirit hygiene and provide you with a method to get information in a particular way, that will provide for a better reading.
