We see you, all wrapped up in the anxiety of the world.  We notice how all these burdens around your work, health, finances, love and people, make you feel.  We watch as you hold this energy deep within your body and witness how it affects you on an emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical level.  We observe how it dims your light.  How it makes you want to run, or give up. The sadness of the world has an effect on your own well-being. As empaths, you carry so much of the pain. This is not only your pain, but also the feelings of helplessness of others. You wake up with a heavy heart, tired and troubled, often not knowing where this feeling is coming from or how to go about your day. Perhaps it is time to ask, if this belongs to you, and if not, that you consider letting that go. For we know that everything you feel in this moment is not yours, yet you choose to hold on to it for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is it that you are seeking to achieve by holding on to this low vibration? What is it that makes you hold on to this angst for others? \u00a0We ask that you release yourself from the self-appointed caretaker of everyone\u2019s troubles as it is not your role to hold this vibration. You are here as the observer, not the vessel.\u00a0 We ask that instead of choosing to carry the negative energy of the world, that you rather notice this energy and watch as it passes through you, instead of into you.\u00a0 And, as it passes through you, that you rather say a prayer.\u00a0 A prayer for love, a prayer of release, of hope, peace and of grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of you are hurting in some way or form.  This hurt, pushes out of your body and into the world around you.  When you are deeply hurt, you, without knowing, give droplets of this pain to others and in turn this ball of energy begins to grow until everyone feels the vibration of hurt in one way or another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ask that you choose to wake up every morning and be in gratitude and love, despite your or the worlds circumstances.  We know that you will begin to see, feel, and express love, hope, peace and light instead when you do this.  This positive energy will then pass on to others and with time the droplets of healing light will transform the negative energy into a more positive one.  We ask that you choose to be the alchemist of change.  To be the one that chooses to release the dark and return to the light of the Divine.  To be the way shower and the hope that everyone around you so desperately needs. Remember that you are above the vibration of anxiety and stress and have the power to make a difference, not only in your world, but in the world of every person living with you on your planet.  It starts with you, because you are love and love is all that is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
