When you need guidance on life issues, or issues that are getting in your way, a coaching session is a great way to move forward in any aspect of your life. This session focuses on where you want to move toward and helps you put steps in place to achieve them. This can be anything from finding balance, or purpose to getting rid of stress or letting go of beliefs that no longer serve you. Coaching is a great way to move you forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to raise your vibration, let go of things that no longer serve you, heal the wounds within and work towards achieving this new life style then a combination of energy healing and coaching will certainly help. Energy healing is a modality that specifically works towards raising your vibration and shedding unwanted fear frequencies (like stress, anger, grief, doubt, low self esteem) and works on healing your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical aspects of self. A combination of energy healing and coaching will help you not only shed what you no longer want but will work with you towards what you actually do want in your life. This coaching is either done every second week or once a month, depending on your budget and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
